The Province of Aversia is filled with different races, cultures, and foes. Elves, Orcish Tribals and distinct Kings dominate the landscape- with twisted profanities such as the Void, Demons and Undead that seek to corrupt all that is known. It is a mystery to all of humanity, all of life has not withered into dust. But through ambition, and sheer will, has Humanity as we know it flourished and grew. There is one nation that fits such an explanation, that serves no other than the icon of Humanity’s versatility, and indomitable spirit. The Archduchy of Vaedra. An established Dukedom upon the River that leads to Saerwald, it stands as a rising vision of Mages, Engineers and Warriors alike.
Camlann is home to the Morrigna Clan, arctic dwelling snow elves who seek thrive in the coldest of environments. The land is colder than a blizzard, with the seas as rough by storm as it is in clear skies; spikes and reefs spear out of the sea's surface, akin to a large maw that surrounds the entire island. Here, people live off of fishing, whaling, and hunting; they arm themselves from the bones of the serpents and sea monsters they slay, and the true ice that forms deep beneath the island's soil. Known as the Land of Storms, the island's skies are nigh constantly covered in thunderous clouds of red, blue and black. Lightning rhythms the daily lives of those living within, and when the sun peaks through the cloud cover it is a time of rejoicing.
Hidden from prying eyes of the outside world, Rogue's Landing is a secret cove of pirates, thieves, and other ne'er do wells. There are no laws that govern her waters, but the iron fist of a Demonic Captain keeps her denizens in line. Those who seek refuge within her walls are generally seen as the scum of society, cast out of their homelands for their dastardly deeds. But who others reject, Rogue's Landing welcomes, offering the opportunity for safe harbor and the potential to earn treasures abound doing the dirty work of other kingdoms...
